Cynthia Kohler has over 15 years of experience in business management. She was a national consultant for a practice management company where she was directly responsible for consulting with 15 of their doctors and nearly 30 offices across the country. She created custom workshops, webinars, and developed seminars for the company's meetings. Previously the business manager for a four doctor, four location orthodontic office, Cynthia was responsible for all facets of management. From HR, marketing, collections, and internal communications to facilitating business meetings and weekly doctor conferences, Cynthia credits this experience for learning all areas of an orthodontic practice.
Cynthia began motivational speaking in high school where she traveled with a youth drug and violence prevention team. She has been awarded national honors in public speaking by the VFW’s Voice of Democracy, the American Academy of Achievement, and PRIDE Youth Programs.
When not working, Cynthia enjoys everything outdoors: from fishing, kayaking and skiing, to playing sports and taking adventures with her husband Chad and three young boys, Caleb, Lucas and William. She loves spending time with her large extended family and considers her family life's greatest blessing. Cynthia is passionate about helping children and is involved with the non-profit The Raining Season..
