Imagine Consulting Group, ICG, is the fresh face of dental and orthodontic consulting. Whether speaking in front of hundreds or consulting one on one, Cynthia Kohler and Susan McElvy provide creative solutions, solid business coaching, team motivation and training that can be applied Monday morning.
History and Values:
Imagine was a partnership formed in 2009 by Susan McElvy and Cynthia Kohler. We wanted to build a different type of consulting company. We wanted to be a faith-based team that encouraged people to find their gifts and talents and enjoy their job as well as their life.
Everyone has something to contribute. Uncovering that talent is our job. We wanted to build workshops and seminars that are fun, energetic, thought provoking and deliver real take away information that can be used immediately.
We’ve all sat in presentations that deliver a warm fuzzy and you walk out saying, “what am I suppose to do with this?” We’ve all sat in presentations that are boring or the content is extremely outdated. At Imagine, we design everything from the desire for the attendees to say “this was well worth my time and money.” We want them to say “here’s exactly how I am going to start using this information Monday morning.”
At Imagine, we don’t try to design too many things. We strive to be experts in a few, precise topics. We’d rather be really good at a few things than sort of good at a lot of things. That’s why we have a limited number of workshops to choose from. We have been consultants for years and know every facet of the orthodontic practice. It is easy to weigh in on every topic. However, our workshops focus on the foundation and production of a practice.
